Requirements :
At least 3 years of secretary experience or customer service experience
Experience in attending business dinner and client entertaining
Multi-tasking skills
Proficient in MS office
Willing to go on business trip
Proficient in Japanese in order to translate, liaise with Japanese third parties
Ability to perform over time duties when necessary
