Responsibilities :

• Received and Process Sales Order using SAP system, acknowledgement with estimate delivery date base on standard lead time
• Process Purchase Order to vendors
• Liaise with various internal & external parties to ensure timely production and shipping of goods
• Administer orders backlog, co-ordinate with Sales if there is any delivery &/or production hiccups
• Communicating with a factory in China for delivery matters 
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements: 

• Minimum 8 years hands-on working experience in Customer Service on Electronic Products.
• Have fair bit of knowledge with I.T. /keen in learning I.T. support
• Must be well versa in English, Chinese and Japanese both speaking and writing.

[Advantage]

• Working experience in the Connector Manufacturing industry 
• Working experience as Sales Support as well as Customer Service 
• Knowledge in SAP is a huge advantage
