Looking for Japanese speaking assistant manager about 8 years hands-on working experience in Customer Service on Electronic Products

Received and Process Sales Order using SAP system, acknowledgement with estimate delivery date base on standard lead time
Process Purchase Order to vendors
Liaise with various internal & external parties to ensure timely production and shipping of goods
Administer orders backlog, co-ordinate with Sales if there is any delivery &/or production hiccups
Communicating with a factory in China for delivery matters
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
Minimum 8 years hands-on working experience in Customer Service on Electronic Products.
Have fair bit of knowledge with I.T. /keen in learning I.T. support
Must be well versa in English, Chinese and Japanese both speaking and writing.
[Advantage]
Working experience in the Connector Manufacturing industry
Working experience as Sales Support as well as Customer Service
Knowledge in SAP is a huge advantage
