Responsibilities:

• Oversee the delivery and installation of bag-making machines (industrial machinery) at client sites
• Ensure proper setup and functioning of machinery as per company standards
• Conduct training sessions for clients on the correct operation and maintenance of the equipment
• Provide clear and detailed demonstrations tailored to client needs.
• Address customer inquiries and provide effective solutions for troubleshooting and repairs
• Perform routine maintenance and ensure the longevity of machinery
• Collaborate closely with the technical team at the headquarters in Japan to resolve complex technical issues
• Relay customer feedback to improve product design and performance.
• Any other ad-hoc assigned

 
Requirements:
Nonexperience is welcome to apply

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical issues
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Proactive, self-motivated, and customer-oriented mindset
• Willingness to travel internationally as part of the job
• Interest in machinery and Japanese customer service standards
• Proficient in Japanese to liaise with the headquarters in Japan
• Hands-on experience with industrial machinery
