The Executive Chef leads all culinary operations for a luxury hotel in Jackson Hole, bringing bold culinary vision and operational expertise to a dynamic, guest-focused dining program in one of the world's most celebrated mountain destinations. This role is responsible for menu development, kitchen leadership, and maintaining the highest standards of culinary quality, consistency, and financial performance across all hotel dining outlets and event functions.
 
Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or senior culinary leader within a luxury hotel, resort, or similar upscale full-service hospitality environment
• Strong culinary expertise with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute innovative, seasonally driven menus that celebrate local and regional ingredients and reflect the character of the Jackson Hole mountain destination
• Demonstrated financial acumen with a track record of managing food costs, budgets, and kitchen operations to drive profitability and culinary excellence across multiple outlets and event functions

• Lead all culinary operations across all hotel dining outlets and event functions, ensuring exceptional food quality, consistency, and execution that aligns with the luxury hotel's brand standards and guest expectations
• Develop and execute innovative, seasonally driven menus that reflect a deep commitment to premium ingredients, culinary craftsmanship, and the unique spirit of the Jackson Hole region
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing culinary team while fostering a culture of culinary excellence, creativity, and continuous improvement in a premier mountain destination environment
