The Senior Executive Chef leads all culinary operations for a university in Greenville, bringing bold culinary vision and operational expertise to a dynamic, large-scale campus dining program. This role is responsible for menu development, kitchen leadership, and maintaining the highest standards of culinary quality, consistency, and financial performance across all university dining outlets, residential dining programs, and catering functions.
 
Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Executive Chef or senior culinary leader within a university, corporate dining, or similar large-scale managed food service environment, with a comprehensive understanding of high-volume campus dining operations and culinary program development
• Strong culinary expertise with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute diverse, innovative, and nutritionally balanced menus that reflect the needs and expectations of a dynamic university dining community
• Demonstrated financial acumen with a track record of managing food costs, budgets, and kitchen operations to drive profitability and operational excellence across multiple university dining outlets and catering functions

Responsibilities

• Lead all culinary operations across all university dining outlets, residential dining programs, and catering functions, ensuring exceptional food quality, consistency, and execution that aligns with the university's dining program standards and student expectations
• Develop and execute innovative, diverse, and seasonally driven menus that reflect a commitment to culinary excellence, nutritional balance, and the unique dining needs of a dynamic university community
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing culinary team while fostering a culture of culinary excellence, creativity, and continuous improvement across all university dining operations in Greenville
