Salary - $100-105k

• Active Registered Nurse license in Florida (required), with knowledge of AHCA regulations
• 2+ years of hiring and supervisory experience in an assisted living facility
• 5+ years of nursing experience in a health care setting, preferably assisted living or home health (Bachelor's in Nursing preferred, plus EHR experience)

• Lead the health and wellness department, coordinating, managing, and supervising all assisted living and memory care nursing and aide services delivered by direct care staff
• Conduct resident assessments and admissions for care services
• Develop personalized service care plans and schedules in the EMR (Eldermark) to drive high resident and family satisfaction
