Established dining group is seeking a hands-on Assistant General Manager with a strong Food & Beverage background to oversee daily operations, support the leadership team, and deliver an excellent guest experience.
Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an Assistant General Manager or in a similar hospitality leadership role.
• Strong Food & Beverage operations experience.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate teams.
• Strong understanding of service standards, food quality, and operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Support the General Manager with daily operations, with a primary focus on Food & Beverage.
• Supervise and develop the F&B team to maintain high service standards.
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory, labor, and operational costs.
• Coordinate service operations and ensure smooth day-to-day execution.
• Help drive revenue, team performance, and overall operational success.
