Established dining group is seeking a hands-on Assistant General Manager with a strong quick-service restaurant background to support daily operations, lead the team, and ensure excellent service and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as an Assistant General Manager or in a similar leadership role within quick-service restaurants (QSR).
Strong operational knowledge of fast-paced, high-volume food service.
Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate teams.
Strong understanding of customer service, food safety, and operational standards.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
Support the General Manager with daily operations and business performance.
Supervise and develop team members to maintain service standards.
Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and food safety compliance.
Monitor labor, inventory, and operational costs.
Maintain efficient service and a positive guest experience.
Help drive sales, productivity, and overall operational performance.
