Kitchen Manager
 
Location - St. Thomas, USVI
 
Salary - $70,000-$90,000 + Relocation + Work Permit Assistance
Benefits - Health Insurance, Company Computer, $150 Monthly F&B Allowance
An established hospitality operation in St. Thomas is seeking a hands-on Kitchen Manager to oversee daily kitchen operations, maintain high standards of cleanliness, and ensure consistent food quality and execution.
 
Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, or in a similar kitchen leadership role.
• Strong focus on cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety.
• Proven ability to lead and organize a kitchen team.
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations, food quality, and consistency.
• Hands-on leadership style with attention to detail and operational standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and team performance.
• Maintain excellent cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Ensure consistent food preparation, quality, and execution.
• Supervise, train, and support kitchen team members.
• Monitor kitchen organization, inventory, and food costs.
• Maintain a clean, efficient, and well-organized kitchen environment.
