The Restaurant Outlet Manager leads all front-of-house operations for a restaurant outlet within a casino in Black Hawk, ensuring an exceptional dining experience that reflects the highest standards of hospitality and service excellence in a dynamic, guest-focused gaming and dining environment. This role is responsible for managing and developing a high-performing service team, maintaining operational efficiency, and delivering a consistently outstanding guest experience in a fast-paced, high-volume casino dining setting. A Level 1 Sommelier certification is required.
 
Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Outlet Manager or senior service leadership role within a casino, hotel, or similar high-volume hospitality environment, with a Level 1 Sommelier certification and a strong foundation in wine knowledge and beverage service
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing service team while maintaining exceptional service quality and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced casino dining environment
• Solid financial acumen with a working knowledge of budgeting, cost control, scheduling, and revenue optimization in a high-volume casino restaurant setting

Responsibilities

• Oversee all front-of-house operations for the casino restaurant outlet, ensuring consistent service quality, exceptional guest satisfaction, and alignment with both the restaurant and casino brand standards
• Lead, mentor, and develop the restaurant service team while fostering a culture of hospitality, wine knowledge, accountability, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, high-volume Black Hawk casino environment
• Manage daily operational functions including scheduling, inventory, floor management, and beverage program oversight while collaborating with culinary and casino leadership teams to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest dining experience
