RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Develops and manages menus
-Leads kitchen team
-Ensures food quality & safety
-Controls costs & inventory
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
 
-Extensive experience in Asian cuisine.
-Proven track record of working in high-end or reputable restaurants.
-Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage kitchen operations efficiently.
-Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
