Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years as an exec chef at a similar hotel property or multi-unit restaurant group.
• Strong leader who can build kitchen culture and mentor a team
• Hands-on, knife-in-hand style with the business sense & creativity to help drive revenue

 
Responsibilities

• Lead all culinary operations across 5 outlets with a 50-person team
• Drive a concept reopening
• Create a modern American menu and partner with sales to grow revenue
