The General Manager oversees all front-of-house operations for Lucy's, an elevated, neighborhood-focused Italian restaurant within South Bay Hospitality Group. This role requires a personable, hands-on leader who thrives in a high-volume environment, builds strong teams, and creates a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining exceptional service standards and operational profitability.
Qualifications

• Proven General Manager experience in an upscale, high-volume restaurant
• Strong leadership, financial acumen, and experience managing labor, budgets, and operating costs
• Background in elevated casual dining, Italian restaurants, or lively neighborhood concepts preferred
• Excellent guest relations, communication, and team development skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring consistent service, hospitality, and guest satisfaction
• Lead, train, and develop FOH management and service teams
• Manage scheduling, labor costs, inventory, and financial performance
• Collaborate with culinary leadership to maintain food quality, service consistency, and operational efficiency
• Build a positive team culture and strong relationships with the local community
