A hotel in New Orleans is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead a seasonal, multi-outlet food and beverage operation. This is an opportunity to refresh an established culinary program and bring a creative vision to outlets, private dining, and banquets.
 
Qualifications:

• Executive Chef experience in a hotel, resort, private club, or comparable multi-outlet operation
• Experience with food and labor cost controls and P&L performance
• Creative, flexible, and solution-oriented approach
• Strong team leadership, delegation, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Lead culinary direction, menu development, food quality, and execution across outlets and events
• Manage food and labor costs, P&L performance, ordering, and scheduling
• Develop and support the culinary team
• Adapt staffing and operations to seasonal business patterns and changing needs
