We are seeking an Executive Chef with at least 5 years of experience in from a high-end Four Diamond or Forbes luxury hotel, specializing in corporate and social banquets, including several unique restaurants and IRD.

This role requires a hands-on chef who can lead the team in managing schedules, ordering products, and creating production lists, all while maintaining budgets and meeting forecasts, consistently exceeding guest expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of leadership as an Executive, would consider Executive Sous from Luxury
• Must come from a high-end four Diamond or Forbes luxury hotel.
• Excellent culinary skills with extensive knowledge with a strong business acumen

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets, labor, and inventory to optimize cost control and maximize hotel profits.
• Manage a staff of 30+ throughout all F&B venues and banquets operations
• Oversee quality and consistency in food preparation, presentation, and customer experience, including tastings for events.
