New Italian artisan bakery seeks experienced and developing Bread Bakers to support daily production, quality, and consistency.
 
Qualifications:

• Hands-on bread-baking experience in a professional bakery, restaurant, or production environment; junior through experienced bakers considered.
• Familiarity with bread preparation, dough mixing, shaping, proofing, fermentation, or baking techniques.
• Ability to follow established recipes, maintain quality standards, and work efficiently in a production environment.
• Dependable, detail-oriented team player with a passion for bread baking; artisan, Italian, or European bread experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily bread production, including dough preparation, mixing, shaping, proofing, and baking according to experience level.
• Follow established recipes and production procedures to maintain consistent bread quality and standards.
• Support the Master Baker and bakery team in organizing production, preparing ingredients, and completing daily baking tasks.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations, follow food safety standards, and contribute to efficient bakery operations.
