Elevated, High-volume restaurant in Los Angeles is seeking an Executive Chef
Qualifications:
Lead and supervise kitchen staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management 30+ team members
Strong operational knowledge of inventory, costing, and compliance
Inspirational leader with the ability to foster a positive, high-performance culture
Collaborative and guest-focused, able to balance creativity with consistency
Requirements:
Proven experience as a CDC or Executive Chef managing $10M+
Mediterranean/Seafood experience preferred
