Our client is seeking an experienced Director of Catering to lead conference services for multiple hotel properties.
Ideal Candidate: Five or more years of experience as a Director of Catering and Conference Services from a Four-Diamond Marriott or Starwood Hotel. This executive leadership role is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing business strategies, and overseeing the successful execution of group meetings, conferences, weddings, and special events.
Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, hotel leadership, and internal teams.
• Strong understanding of hotel revenue management, including pricing, forecasting, sales strategy, and inventory management.
• Proven leadership skills with experience building, developing, and leading high-performing teams to achieve business goals.
