Established hospitality group is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join its high-volume culinary operation in the Orlando area. This individual will bring strong culinary leadership, a hands-on management style, and a passion for delivering exceptional food quality and consistency in a fast-paced environment.
 
Qualifications:

• Bilingual Spanish/English required
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Sous Chef-level or equivalent experience
• Recent experience in a high-volume kitchen environment
• Mexican or Latin American cuisine experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and support overall culinary execution
• Lead, train, and develop the culinary team
• Maintain exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency
• Ensure efficient execution during high-volume service
• Assist with inventory, purchasing, food costs, and labor controls
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
• Support scheduling, staffing, and kitchen organization
• Collaborate with culinary leadership on menu execution and operational improvements
• Foster a positive, team-oriented kitchen environment
