Qualifications
minimum 2 years as a Dir of Engineering with minimum 4 years in hospitality
Strong knowledge of preventative maintenance and hotel building systems, with solid troubleshooting skills.
Proven experience leading non-union teams and managing vendors and contractors.
Responsibilities
Lead, train, and develop the Engineering team while staying hands-on with troubleshooting, repairs, and daily needs.
Oversee preventative maintenance for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and building systems, and keep guest rooms and public areas in good physical condition.
Manage vendors, contractors, and bids, plus the engineering budget and capital projects, while ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, audits, and Crescent standards.
