Location: Sarasota, FL Area
Salary: $130K-$150K + Bonus, with flexibility up to $180K for the right candidate
Relocation: Case-by-case basis
Upscale Gulf Coast residential condominium community is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee the property, team, resident experience, and day-to-day operations. This individual will bring a luxury hospitality mindset while ensuring the property and its facilities are maintained to exceptional standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous leadership experience in luxury residential, private club, country club, luxury hotel, resort, or a similar high-service environment
- Strong hospitality mindset with exceptional attention to detail
- Proven experience leading, training, and developing teams
- Strong financial and budgeting knowledge
- Experience overseeing facilities, vendors, and property projects
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, solutions-oriented leadership style
- Comfortable working with a Board of Directors and discerning residents
- Florida experience strongly preferred
- Condominium experience and/or Florida CAM license preferred but not required
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all day-to-day operations of the community
- Lead, train, and develop the property team
- Maintain exceptional service standards and overall resident experience
- Oversee maintenance, concierge, housekeeping, security, and administrative operations
- Manage third-party vendors and service providers
- Oversee property maintenance and capital improvement projects
- Review budgets, financial reporting, and operating expenses
- Oversee HR, staffing, and scheduling
- Work closely with the Board of Directors on property operations and initiatives
- Ensure the property is consistently maintained to luxury standards
