Minimum Level 1 Sommelier certification
3+ years as GM in an upscale restaurant, ideally with opening experience
Good tenure: no more than 3 jobs in the past 5 years
Responsibilities
Run a hands-on, working GM role on the floor.
Train and develop the FOH team (15) with a service-first mindset.
Lead the FOH through the opening and manage labor cost, which drives the bonus.
