The Resident District Manager leads all food service and hospitality operations for a university in Atlanta, bringing strategic leadership and a comprehensive understanding of large-scale campus dining and food service management to a dynamic, student-focused environment. This role is responsible for overseeing all dining programs, driving financial performance, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality, service excellence, and client satisfaction across all university food service operations.
 
Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Resident District Manager or senior food service leadership role within a university, corporate dining, or similar large-scale managed services environment, with a comprehensive understanding of campus dining operations, client relations, and financial management
• Strong financial acumen with a demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth, managing budgets, and optimizing overall food service performance across multiple dining outlets and campus locations
• Exceptional leadership and client relations skills with the ability to recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing food service team while building and maintaining strong relationships with university stakeholders, clients, and partners

Responsibilities

• Oversee all food service and dining operations across all university dining outlets and locations, ensuring consistent food quality, exceptional guest and student satisfaction, and alignment with the university's dining program standards and expectations
• Drive financial performance through strategic planning, revenue optimization, cost control, and proactive management of all food service operational and departmental functions across the university campus
• Recruit, mentor, and develop food service leadership teams while fostering a culture of hospitality, accountability, and continuous improvement in a dynamic Atlanta university dining environment
