Location: Westport, CT.
Salary: $75K-$85K.

Schedule: Early AM schedule with 6:00–6:30 AM starts; approximately 50–55 hours per week.

High-Volume Restaurant seeks a hands-on Kitchen Manager to lead BOH execution, expediting, and team performance on an early AM schedule.
 
Qualifications:

• 2-3+ years of professional cooking, kitchen management, or high-volume restaurant experience.
• Strong prep, ordering, recipe execution, knife skills, and kitchen workflow experience.
• Proven ability to train teams, maintain food-safety standards, and support BOH and FOH service.

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily prep, portioning, labeling, recipe execution, and kitchen workflow.
• Manage ordering, inventory, stock rotation, waste controls, and food-quality standards.
• Lead BOH-to-FOH communication and expediting while working hands-on during high-volume service.
