Salary: $60k-$90k

A growing restaurant group is looking for an Executive Chef for one of their concepts in the Greenville, SC market! 
 
Qualifications: 

• 2-4 years of previous Executive Chef experience. 
• Experience in upscale, high-volume full-service restaurants a must.
• Strong background in scratch cooking with experience across steak, seafood, poultry and contemporary American/Southern cuisine.
• Strong understanding of food cost, menu development, purchasing, inventory and kitchen labor management.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the culinary team, creating a positive, professional and accountable kitchen culture.
• Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistent execution, presentation, quality and portion control.
• Manage food costs, inventory, ordering, receiving, waste and product utilization.
• Build strong relationships with vendors and ensure quality ingredients are consistently sourced.
