A growing upscale restaurant group is seeking experienced Restaurant Managers for its Maryland locations to lead high-performing teams and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
 
Qualifications:
 

• 3+ years of progressive restaurant management experience.
• High-volume, upscale casual or polished restaurant experience strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to train, coach, and develop hospitality teams.

Requirements:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations while maintaining exceptional standards for service, hospitality, cleanliness, and food quality.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and develop team members while creating a positive and accountable culture.
• Manage labor, scheduling, inventory, operating costs, and other key performance metrics while driving sales and profitability.
