A growing restaurant group is seeking an Executive Chef to lead its new opening, high-volume restaurant.
 
Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef experience in a high-volume, upscale casual or fine dining restaurant.
• Proven success leading scratch kitchens and developing high-performing culinary teams.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing food cost, labor, purchasing, inventory, and overall kitchen performance.

Requirements:

• Lead all culinary operations while maintaining exceptional standards for food quality, consistency, presentation, sanitation, and execution.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and develop the culinary team while creating a culture of accountability and teamwork.
• Manage food and labor costs, purchasing, inventory, waste, and operational performance while partnering closely with restaurant leadership.
