Upscale restaurant seeking line cook  to join the opening team 
 
 
Expectations:

• Prepare mise-en-place before each service
• Support the hot kitchen with cooking and presenting breakfast dishes 
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
• Follow recipes, plating, and quality standards consistently
• Work well as part of a team in a fast-paced, fine dining environment
• Bring basic knife skills and strong attention to detail
• Have at least 1 year of experience in a culinary environment
• Show a genuine interest in growing within fine dining
• Be open to learning from senior chefs and contributing to a collaborative opening team
