An established, family-owned multi-concept hospitality group is seeking a Director of Operations to lead company-wide restaurant operations. The portfolio includes full-service dining, seafood and sushi, Tex-Mex, American, Mediterranean, catering, and private-event operations.
This is a senior leadership role for a proven operator who can strengthen an established company. The Director of Operations will partner closely with the COO and CEO, develop unit leaders, reinforce operating standards, and drive consistent performance across the business.
Qualifications:
Minimum 7 years of multi-unit restaurant operations leadership experience.
Demonstrated responsibility for significant annual revenue across multiple locations or concepts.
Strong financial acumen with experience managing labor, cost controls, operational performance, and profitability.
Proven ability to lead, coach, and hold senior managers accountable.
Experience operating within highly structured restaurant systems and standards.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in multi-concept, full-service restaurant environments is strongly preferred.
Requirements:
Lead company-wide operations and directly support 15 leaders.
Partner with the COO and CEO on operational priorities, leadership development, and company performance.
Maintain consistent guest experience, service standards, financial discipline, and execution across the portfolio.
Strengthen established systems and processes while respecting the company's existing culture and operating disciplines.
Develop trust with ownership, managers, and teams through a collaborative, accountable leadership style.
Bring practical operational judgment, follow through, and a calm approach under pressure.
Open to relocation to Corpus Christi, Texas.
Up to 20% bonus. Hiring timeline: ASAP.
