- Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine, or strong Executive Sous Chef experience in an elevated Italian restaurant
- Strong Italian culinary background required
- NYC or Chicago restaurant experience strongly preferred
- Experience in chef-driven restaurants
- Strong understanding of Italian cuisine, technique, seasonality, and quality ingredients
