The Director of Sales leads all sales operations for a hospitality company in Auburn, bringing strategic leadership and a proven track record in luxury hospitality sales to a dynamic, guest-focused environment. This role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, building and maintaining key client relationships, and driving revenue growth that reflects the highest standards of luxury hospitality in a competitive market.
 
Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Director of Sales or senior sales leader within a luxury hotel, resort, or similar upscale hospitality environment, with a comprehensive understanding of luxury sales strategies, market dynamics, and revenue optimization
• Strong analytical and strategic skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute innovative sales initiatives that drive revenue growth, expand market share, and maximize property performance in a luxury hospitality setting
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing sales team while building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, and strategic partners

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies across all revenue channels, including group sales, corporate accounts, and event bookings, to drive revenue growth and maximize overall hotel performance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, luxury travel partners, and strategic accounts while identifying and pursuing new business development opportunities to expand market share in the luxury hospitality segment
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement in a competitive luxury hospitality environment
