The Kitchen Manager leads all back-of-house culinary operations for a hotel in Montgomery, bringing hands-on kitchen leadership and operational expertise to a dynamic, guest-focused dining environment. This role is responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, maintaining exceptional food quality and consistency, and developing a talented culinary team across all hotel dining outlets and event functions.
 
Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or senior culinary leader within a hotel, resort, or similar full-service hospitality environment
• Strong knowledge of food production, menu execution, food safety standards, and kitchen organization with the ability to maintain consistency and quality across all hotel dining operations
• Demonstrated financial acumen with a track record of managing food costs, budgets, scheduling, and kitchen operations to drive efficiency and operational excellence

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily back-of-house culinary operations for the hotel, ensuring exceptional food quality, consistency, and timely execution across all dining outlets and event functions
• Manage prep planning, inventory management, scheduling, and cost control to maintain efficient and high-quality kitchen operations across all hotel food and beverage venues
• Lead, mentor, and develop kitchen staff while fostering a culture of culinary excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement in a dynamic hotel dining environment
