High-volume Italian Restaurant seeks a hands-on Head Chef to lead BOH operations, standards, consistency, and team accountability.
Qualifications:

• 3+ years of kitchen leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant environment.
• Italian culinary experience strongly preferred, with strong scratch-cooking fundamentals.
• Proven ability to lead cooks, organize production, and maintain disciplined kitchen systems.
• Senior Sous Chef, Executive Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine, or Head Chef experience considered.

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily BOH operations, service execution, prep, and production.
• Enforce recipes, quality standards, schedules, procedures, and station accountability.
• Train, mentor, and lead the culinary team as a visible, hands-on kitchen role model.
• Maintain consistent food quality, organization, communication, and execution at volume.
