Position: Beverage Manager
Location: Schenectady, NY
Pay: $90-105K DOE
 
Our client seeks a Beverage Manager!
 
Responsibilities:
 -Oversee daily operations of multiple food and beverage outlets.
-Implement policies, procedures, and service standards to ensure guest satisfaction.
-Hire, train, schedule, and supervise Team Members.
-Resolve guest and employee concerns, complaints, and operational issues. -Manage labor costs, operating expenses, inventory, and beverage purchasing. -Ensure compliance with health, safety, liquor, and regulatory requirements. 
 
 
Qualifications:
-High school diploma or GED required.
-Minimum 3 years of related food and beverage management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
-Experience managing multiple F&B outlets and knowledge of POS systems. -Strong knowledge of liquor, wine, beer, and applicable state liquor regulations. -Excellent communication, organization, multitasking, and leadership skills; ability to work flexible schedules and obtain required licenses.
