Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Director-level security experience
- Forbes luxury hotel background preferred
- Strong knowledge of safety, security, emergency response, and OSHA compliance
 
Responsibilities:
- Lead all hotel safety and security operations, including patrols, policies, systems, and budgets
- Oversee safety training, investigations, emergency response, and coordination with law enforcement
- Lead and develop the security team through performance management, training, and engagement
