Modern Chef-Driven Fine Dining Restaurant seeks a Senior Sous Chef to help lead service, production, kitchen systems, and team development.
 
Qualifications:

• Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef experience in a high-level, chef-driven restaurant; Michelin experience a plus.
• Strong fine dining technique with classical foundations and contemporary culinary awareness.
• Demonstrated management experience with kitchen systems such as ordering, inventory, scheduling, training, and production planning.
• Collaborative leader capable of maintaining standards and taking on greater responsibility when senior culinary leadership is unavailable.

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily preparation, production, service execution, and kitchen organization.
• Develop cooks through hands-on coaching, clear communication, and consistent accountability.
• Support ordering, inventory, scheduling, production planning, and other day-to-day kitchen systems.
• Maintain culinary and operational standards while supporting menu development, R&D, and seasonal execution.
