A luxury resort property is looking for a great Food & Beverage Manager to add to their team!
 
Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Food & Beverage supervisory or management experience within a full-service hotel, resort, or upscale restaurant environment.
• Luxury hotel or resort experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, spirits, service standards, and overall Food & Beverage operations.
• Proven leadership skills with experience training, developing, and motivating high-performing teams.

Requirements:

• Oversee daily Food & Beverage operations across restaurant, room service, banquets, pool service, and potentially other resort outlets.
• Lead, train, and develop the F&B team while maintaining appropriate staffing levels, scheduling, and service standards.
• Maintain exceptional standards for guest service, food quality, presentation, safety, and sanitation.
