The Executive Restaurant Chef leads all culinary operations for a fine dining concept within a luxury hotel in Houston, bringing bold culinary vision and an unwavering commitment to fine dining excellence to a sophisticated, guest-focused dining experience. This role is responsible for menu development, kitchen leadership, and maintaining the highest standards of culinary quality, consistency, and financial performance in an upscale, destination dining environment.
 
Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Chef de Cuisine within a fine dining concept, luxury hotel restaurant, or similar upscale hospitality environment with a demonstrated ability to deliver an exceptional and elevated dining experience
• Strong culinary expertise with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute innovative, thoughtfully crafted menus that reflect the highest standards of fine dining while aligning with the luxury hotel's brand identity and guest expectations
• Demonstrated financial acumen with a track record of managing food costs, budgets, and kitchen operations to drive profitability and culinary excellence in a high-profile, fine dining setting

Responsibilities

• Lead all culinary operations for the fine dining concept, ensuring exceptional food quality, consistency, and execution that aligns with the luxury hotel's brand standards and delivers a transformative guest dining experience
• Develop and execute innovative, seasonally driven menus that reflect a deep commitment to culinary craftsmanship, premium ingredients, and the sophisticated dining expectations of a luxury Houston hotel guest
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing culinary team while fostering a culture of culinary excellence, creativity, and continuous improvement in a premier Houston fine dining destination
