Salary: $80K total compensation ($76,400 base + $300/month health benefit).

Upscale Neighborhood Restaurant seeks an AGM to lead service, team development, guest experience, and financial performance.
 
Qualifications:

• 2-3+ years of AGM, Restaurant Manager, Maître D', or senior FOH leadership experience in upscale, full-service restaurants.
• Proven high-volume service, guest-relations, and floor-leadership experience.
• Strong food, wine, and hospitality knowledge; Italian or European dining experience preferred.
• Engaging, collaborative leader with excellent training, communication, and team-development skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily FOH service and oversee a consistently exceptional guest experience.
• Manage, train, and develop the host team while supporting the broader FOH staff.
• Lead guest recovery and build strong relationships with regulars and neighborhood guests.
• Partner with the GM and management team on opening, closing, floor operations, and service standards.
