Responsibilities:
-Oversees short- and long-term strategic planning, project management, and key performance indicators to align with tribal objectives.
-Directs the preparation of annual operating budgets, financial statements, cash flow projections, and capital improvement plans for council approval.
-Ensures strict compliance with Federal, State, and Tribal laws, including the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act, MICS, and tribal gaming ordinances.
-Fosters an internal culture of elevated customer service, employee morale, professional development, and cross-departmental communication.
Qualifications:
-Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, alongside at least five years of executive management experience in a resort destination and five years within the Indian gaming industry.
-Demonstrates a minimum of five years of fiduciary expertise, including budget oversight, cash management, financial forecasting, and GAAP proficiency.
-Possesses documented administrative experience in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources, and operational coordination.
-Applies strong mathematical and analytical skills to interpret financial data, statistics, and complex performance metrics
