5+ years of culinary leadership experience, preferably in luxury catering, fine dining, or high-end events.
Extensive experience executing large-scale events, including weddings, corporate events, galas, and private functions.
Strong team leadership and staff management skills, with the ability to lead and develop large culinary teams.
Exceptional organization and execution, with the ability to manage multiple events, deadlines, and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
