Responsibilities

• Perform minor repairs to property
• Connect with professionals
• Cleaning of property
• Lead, train, and develop the front office team, maintaining luxury service standards while managing scheduling, performance, and staff engagement.
• Manage guest relations and resolve service concerns with professionalism, ensuring prompt recovery and maintaining high guest satisfaction scores.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, reservations, and other departments to ensure room readiness, accurate inventory management, and smooth operational flow.

Qualifications

• 1+ years maintenance experience
• Carpentry knowledge
• Relieable Truck or Van for work
