The Maintenance Supervisor supports the Maintenance Manager in overseeing all facility maintenance operations for a casino in Pompano Beach, bringing hands-on technical expertise and strong supervisory skills to a fast-paced, operationally critical environment. This role is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operation of all casino facilities and equipment, with a preferred background in HVAC systems and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of facility excellence.
 
Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or senior maintenance leader within a large-scale commercial facility environment, with a strong background in facility systems, equipment maintenance, and team supervision
• Working knowledge of HVAC systems strongly preferred, along with a broad understanding of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general facility maintenance operations in a high-volume commercial environment
• Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and develop maintenance teams while supporting the Maintenance Manager in driving operational efficiency, safety compliance, and facility excellence

Responsibilities

• Support the Maintenance Manager in overseeing all facility maintenance operations for the casino, ensuring the safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operation of all building systems, equipment, and facilities
• Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff and contractors across all facility maintenance functions, ensuring timely completion of work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, and emergency repairs
• Assist with budgeting, inventory management, vendor relations, and compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements while fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement
