An upscale, high-volume restaurant is seeking a hands-on Assistant General Manager to help lead daily operations. 
 
Qualifications:

• 3+ years of management experience in a structured, high-volume restaurant environment
• Strong floor leadership with a hands-on management style
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and inspire managers and hourly team members
• Demonstrates ownership mentality, accountability, and professionalism
• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences

 
Responsibilities:
 

• Support the General Manager in overseeing all daily restaurant operations
• Lead and develop managers and team members through coaching, mentorship, and accountability
• Maintain a strong presence on the floor during service to ensure exceptional hospitality and operational execution
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, labor management, and daily operational performance
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company standards
