A premier luxury hospitality group is seeking a talented Sous Chef to join its culinary team and support the execution of an upscale, chef-driven concept
 
Qualifications:
 

• 3+ years of culinary experience in an upscale, fine-dining, or chef-driven restaurant
• Proven ability to train, motivate, and develop culinary team members
• Comfortable working in a high-volume environment while maintaining quality and consistency

 
 
Responsibilities:
 

• Support the Executive Chef with daily kitchen operations and service execution
• Lead, train, and motivate the culinary team while maintaining a positive kitchen culture
• Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, portioning, and recipe execution
• Oversee station setup, prep production, inventory, ordering, and waste control
