A premier oceanfront steakhouse is seeking a hands-on Executive Chef to lead all culinary operations.
 
Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of Executive Chef and Butchering experience
• Strong background in Upscale Dining 
• Experience leading high-volume kitchen operations while maintaining exceptional food quality and consistency
• Proven success managing food and labor costs, inventory, purchasing, and kitchen operations
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to recruit, train, coach, and develop culinary teams

 
 
Responsibilities:

• Lead all daily culinary operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation
• Oversee menu development while maintaining profitability and inventory controls
• Hire, train, mentor, and develop BOH team members
• Manage food production for restaurant service, banquets, catering, and special events
• Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
