Salary - $100,000-$120,000

New Hong Kong-style fast-casual concept preparing to launch its first U.S. location in Times Square with plans for multi-unit growth.
Qualifications:
Tenure that shows stability in prior roles (no job-hoppers)
At least five years of leadership experience within QSR or high-volume fast-casual restaurants
Must have worked as a multi-unit General Manager, Area Manager, District Manager, or Director of Operations
Proven experience opening new QSR or fast-casual restaurants
Experience managing a complete pre-opening timeline from construction turnover through grand opening
Ability to build scalable systems for the first location and future units
Experience selecting and implementing POS, payroll, scheduling, timekeeping, inventory, and reporting systems
Working knowledge of onboarding, HR administration, licensing, permitting, and operational compliance
Experience documenting recipes, portions, service standards, SOPs, checklists, and training materials
Proven ability to recruit, hire, onboard, train, develop, and retain management and hourly teams
Strong understanding of sales, food cost, labor cost, inventory, purchasing, waste, cash controls, and P&L performance
Experience managing vendors, deliveries, equipment, technology, inspections, and operational readiness
Ability to develop a grand-opening strategy and stabilize operations following launch
Experience creating repeatable systems that can support growth across multiple locations
Must live within a reliable commuting distance of Times Square
