Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years managing a scratch kitchen.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage teams and maintain efficiency under pressure.
• Solid understanding of cost control, inventory management, and food safety standards.

 
Responsibilities

• Lead all front- and back-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service, strong team coordination, and an exceptional guest experience.
• Oversee menu development, food quality, and cost control, including labor, inventory, and vendor management. 
• Hire, train, schedule, and develop staff while maintaining high standards for cleanliness, safety, and overall performance.
