High-volume restaurant seeks a Kitchen Manager to lead scratch cooking, team development, food safety, and consistent execution.
 
Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience across food preparation, line, grill, and expeditor positions.
• 1+ year as a Kitchen Manager or 3 years as an Assistant Kitchen Manager in a high-volume kitchen.
• Current ServSafe certification and strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Flexible availability for nights and weekends, with clear communication and organizational skills.

 
Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, coach, schedule, and develop a new kitchen team.
• Oversee preparation, recipes, portioning, line checks, and consistent service execution.
• Manage inventory, ordering, labor, food costs, product storage, and waste controls.
• Enforce sanitation standards and maintain kitchen equipment, storage areas, and cleaning schedules.
