Seeking an organized and creative chef with a luxury background to run the culinary program for a prestigious senior living brand.
 
Qualifications

• minimum 2 years experience in Senior Living
• Luxury hotel background (Forbes 5 star standards)
• familiarity with eMenuCHOICE software

 
Responsibilities

• Culinary Strategy & Menu Development
• Talent Development & Leadership: recruit and train staff, site visits, audits, and performance reviews.
• Operational & Financial Performance: food cost, SOPs, vendor relationships, health code compliance
